Our client, a Japanese clinic, is seeking a Japanese-speaking Clinic Nurse to provide patient-centred care tailored to individual needs and conditions.
You will be reporting to the head of Nurse.
Responsibilities
- Performs general nursing duties
- Provide nursing care to patients
- Administer injection and vaccination
- Venepuncture
- Perform triage
- Assist doctors in procedures
- Providing medical support to physicians
- Dispensing of medication
- Provide frontline customer service
- Scheduling of appointments and patient registration
- Handling phone calls and inquiries
- Process invoice and payment collection
- Attend to patients queries
- Booking of patient appointments & referrals
- Organising lab results and maintaining proper patient records
- Support the daily operations of the clinic
- Manage and maintain medical supplies and inventory / Quarterly stocktake
- Handle administrative and any ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager
Requirements & Preferences
- Certified Nursing License
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Japanese in speaking, listening & writing (minimum JLPT N1) is essential for effective communication with Japanese-speaking patients
(Advantageous)
- Post-basic/Advanced Diploma or relevant certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Team-oriented with adaptability
- Passionate about healthcare
