Clinic Nurse - Specialist Clinic

Location: Orchard, Singapore

Woking Hours: Monday to Friday + Half Saturdays

Discipline: Gastrointestinal, Urinary, Head and Neck

Procedural Support: Work closely with doctor and other staff nurses in the clinic. Coordinating of healthscreening tests, minor procedures, administering of medications, blood-taking, taking vital signs, dressing, monitoring patient's overall well-being and comfort.

Assessment and Documentation: Perform thorough assessments of patients health conditions, gather medical histories, and document all relevant information accurately. Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date patient records to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Education: Educate patients about their conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care techniques. Provide instructions on proper medication administration, lifestyle modifications, and preventive measures to promote patient understanding and compliance.

Counter Duties: Managing patient records, updating medical charts, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the clinic operates smoothly. They may also assist with inventory management, ordering medical supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment.

Requirements

• SNB Registered
• At least 3-5 years of hands on nursing experience
• Comfortable with full clinic hours commitment of 5 weekdays + 0.5 saturdays
