Clinic Receptionist / Assistant

Less than 10 mins walk from Bedok Reservoir MRT Station

Multiple buses stops in front of the clinic

PERMANENT ROLE

Up to $2,600 to $3,100 (depending on experience/qualifications)

4 weekdays (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)

Day: 8am to 1.30pm

Night: 5.30pm to 8.30pm

1 Weekend (Saturday Half Day)

Day: 9am to 12pm

Rest on Tuesday and Sunday

.Subjected to minor changes in working hours

Scope of work

Receptionist duties such as greeting, speaking and arranging appointments with patients

Filing of medical claims and other administrative duties (on paper or using a computer, i.e. Microsoft Excel)

Communicating with the doctor and dispensing medicine

Looking for Candidates

Singaporeans and PR only

Polytechnic (Diploma) / ITE Graduate

Prior experience as clinical assistant (or dental / retail assistant) will be preferred

Able to speak English and Mandarin (preferred)

Basic Microsoft Excel

Age below 35 years old

Ready to start work around end November 2024.
