Clinic Receptionist
Job Description:
-Front counter management.
-Assist TCM physician in patient care / treatment in the clinic.
-Facilitate clinic workflow, and keep clinic clean and tidy.
-Clean, wash and disinfect equipment.
-Prepare and dispense medications
-Provide receptionist duties at front counter including answering phone calls, registration, maintaining appointments
-Cashiering duties including payment collection, filing for account-keeping etc
-Inventory duties including monitoring stock levels, ordering medicines etc
-House keeping duties including floor cleaning, towel washing (using washing machine)
-Any other duties assigned by the TCM Physician
Minimum Job Requirements:
-Preferably with TCM Physician with Degree graduated from Malaysia
-Can handle female patients environment.
-Able to read Chinese text as the TCM system & medicine are in Chinese text
-Abe to read, write and communicate in English and Chinese to speak to Chinese speaking customers.
-Familiar with MS office software such as Words, Power Point and Excel.
-Good team player.
-Good social skills in dealing with patients.
-Positive, optimistic, willing to learn, caring & patient.
-Able to work independently.
-Able to work on weekend
Working hours: 44 hours per week (5.5 days)
Salary: SGD $1800 to $2900
Working Location: Singapore
