Clinic Receptionist / Patient Service Associate

Job Description

We are currently seeking a friendly, organised, and detail- oriented individual to join our team as a Clinic Receptionist. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact of our patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure a positive experience for all.

  • Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
Verify patient information and process payments
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of documentation
Coordinate patient referrals and follow-up appointments as needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and scanning documents
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal patient care
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
Perform other duties assigned by Clinic Manager

  • Requirements:
Min GCE O/A Levels / Diploma and above
  • Local only
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both spoken and written English. Able to speak in other languages would be a plus.
  • Relevant experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise task in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information


  • Job Types:



Full time, permanent

Working Hours: Mon - Fri
  • 30am - 5.30pm

    Saturday 8.30am - 1pm (Alternate)

    Training is provided.

  • Pay:

$2200-2500

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
