Clinic Staff Nurse

. Assist in routine care of patient and attend to their comfort needs.

. Maintain accurate documentation of patients physical assessment such as height, weight, visual acuity, audiometry and nursing observations.

. Observe strict infection control practices and aseptic techniques accordingly when attending to patients.

. Conduct inventory checks on equipment, surgical supplies and instruments.

. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.

. Collate all laboratories, x-ray results and reports from specialists.

. Follow up instructions from doctor regarding laboratory, x-ray and other results for review.

. Dispense medications.

. Making appointments and coordinate appointments.

. Register patients.

. Sending appointment reminders to patients.

. Handle insurance claims and coverage on consultations, treatments, medications, surgeries or hospital admission.

. Liaise with Japanese Insurance Companies for Letter of Guarantee (LOG).

. Liaise with specialist clinics, hospitals, laboratories and radiology for billing.

. Ensure to follow up outstanding payment from corporate, Insurance Companies and self-payment patients.

. Extend support in various administrative tasks within the Clinic.

. Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

. Able to converse in japanese language to the japanese patients an added advantage

Requirements

. 5.5 work week

. SNB Registered and Valid

. With minimum of 2 years of experience

. Able to perform proficient IV Cannulation and vennepuncture
