. Scheduling the team's roster

. Ensuring smooth operations on the ground

. Creating promotions for seasonal periods (e.g. public holidays)

. Extracting data from Plato (top-selling products, treatments, expiring products) when needed

. Training new therapists, consultant and receptionists on how to upsell products and treatments

. Covering therapist, consultant roles if they are on leave

. Ensure accurate tracking of clinic inventory to determine which products need to be reordered

. Ensure clinic cleanliness

. Handling other ad hoc duties assigned by management from time to time
