Clinical Instructor/ Senior Staff Nurse (Mon- Fri Only| Central) Ref HEA

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical training programs for nursing students and new nurses.
• Provide mentorship during orientation for newly hired nurses.
• Assist in creating training materials and lesson plans.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Nurse Managers and Clinicians on staff development and continuing education.
• Provide constructive feedback and recommend additional training as needed.

Requirements:

• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Orthopaedic, Oncology, or Medical Surgical).
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
