Clinical Instructor/ Senior Staff Nurse (Mon- Fri) REF:HXP

Job Description:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical training programs for nursing students and new nurses.
• Provide guidance and support to newly hired nurses during their orientation period.
• Assist to develop training materials and lesson curriculum.
• Ensure that all educational activities comply with the healthcare facility's policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Nurse Managers / Clinicians on staff development, clinical-based in-service and continuing education.
• Provide constructive feedback and recommend additional training or support if needed.

Requirement:

• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• Bachelor of Degree in Nursing OR Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Orthopaedic, Oncology or Medical Surgical)
• Must have minimum 5 years of clinical experience
