Key Responsibilities:
- Training & Supervision:
Develop and deliver on-the-job training for nurses. Support new nurses with clinical supervision and mentorship. - Clinical Support:
Serve as a resource on clinical and quality matters, promoting continuous professional development through coaching and role modeling. - Quality & Compliance:
Assist in managing nursing quality issues and ensure adherence to standards and policies. Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and service excellence goals. - Collaboration:
Participate in physician rounds and work with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care. - Billing & Administration:
Ensure proper billing for consumables used in patient care. - Other Duties:
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Nurse Manager/Clinician
Requirement:
- Possess a valid SNB Registered Nurse Practising Certificate.
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing with a strong clinical nursing background.
- Advanced Diploma in Nursing (Orthopedic, Oncology, Med-surg)
- Clinical Instructor certificate is preferred.
