Roles and Responsibilities
- Assists Principal investigators in conducting clinical trials and research projects according to Singapore Good Clinical Practice (SG-GCP) guidelines.
- Plan, organize and coordinate workflow of study projects from initiation to completion phase, perform screening and recruitment activities as well as compile relevant patients data and maintain proper study documentation according to established protocols and latest regulatory
- requirements.
- Administer study-related assessments and questionnaires, with accuracy and ensuring
- completeness.
- Collaborate with Principal Investigator to prepare regulatory documents for submission to the ethics review board, to provide regular progress updates to the team, and any other ad-hoc administrative duties.
- To provide administrative support to the Principal Investigator in research and education programmes in organized by the Centre for Functional Mobility Movement and Enabling Technologies (CFMET).
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Physiotherapy/Nursing/Biomedical Science.
- Prior clinical research experience will be advantageous.
- Interest and / or experience with non-invasive brain stimulation would be a bonus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in written and verbal English. Ability to speak Mandarin or local dialects will be an asset but not required.
- Capable of working independently and also a team player
- Willingness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills especially when interacting with patients.
- Meticulous, well-organised and able to multi-task.
