Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Risk Management: Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to identify, prioritize, and mitigate clinical risks.
- Framework Implementation: Execute and support the clinical risk management plans aligned with our strategic goals.
- Data Integration: Analyze data from various sources, including incident reports and clinical complaints, to enhance risk management processes.
- Horizon Scanning: Lead proactive risk identification and analysis to anticipate potential impacts on the organization.
- Committee Support: Serve as the secretariat for the Clinical Risk Management Committee, ensuring effective operations and communication.
- Project Management: Lead or contribute to assigned projects that drive our clinical risk management initiatives forward.
Requirements:
- A relevant degree from a reputable university.
- Experience in quality management and risk management is preferred, with healthcare experience being an advantage.
