The Cloud Lead will be responsible for leading and managing cloud operations, including Day1 implementation and ongoing Day2 operations. This role requires troubleshooting, supporting, and collaborating across various domain teams to ensure smooth and efficient cloud management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Day1 implementation and Day2 operations of cloud environments.
Provide expert troubleshooting and support for cloud services and ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud technologies with business needs.
Oversee the architectural design and execution of cloud projects, ensuring best practices and operational excellence.
Identify and resolve issues with cloud systems and services, and continuously improve the performance and scalability of cloud solutions.
Ensure compliance with relevant security and governance policies.
Communicate technical strategies, decisions, and progress to senior management and key stakeholders.
Keep abreast of new cloud technologies, industry trends, and evolving customer needs to drive innovation and improvements in cloud operations.
Lead and mentor team members to build a strong cloud operations team.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
Cloud Computing Expertise: Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services with relevant certifications.
Preferred Certification: Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
Experience:
At least 10 years of experience in architecting and managing large-scale IT projects.
Experience with cloud technologies, third-party tools for solutioning, and troubleshooting.
Proficient in Microsoft .NET technologies (or equivalent), microservices architecture, cloud technology, and best practices in software development.
Technical Skills:
Strong technical, analytical, and system-thinking skills, with the ability to understand how different parts of the architecture interact.
Ability to troubleshoot complex cloud environments and optimize solutions.
Communication Skills:
Ability to clearly communicate technical strategies and solutions to senior management and stakeholders.
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Problem-Solving & Leadership:
Strong problem-solving skills with an innovative, out-of-the-box approach.
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, foster collaboration, and drive results.

High level of customer orientation, ensuring satisfaction and service excellence.
