Job Summary:
The Cloud Operations Architect will lead and manage troubleshooting, support, and operations across various domain teams, ensuring the seamless implementation of Day 1 cloud solutions and the effective management of Day 2 operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end troubleshooting and support across domain teams for both Day 1 implementation and Day 2 operations of Cloud Operations.
- Architect, implement, and maintain large-scale IT projects in complex environments.
- Provide solutions and resolve issues related to cloud technologies and third-party integrations.
- Leverage expertise in Microsoft Azure technologies to design scalable, secure, and efficient cloud architectures.
- Collaborate with Senior Management and stakeholders to articulate technical decisions and provide data-driven insights.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, platforms, and best practices, particularly in cloud, microservices architecture, and software development.
- Drive the adoption of cloud best practices, ensuring adherence to industry standards and organizational objectives.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within teams to enhance technical competencies.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure high-quality delivery.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in architecting IT projects in large-scale environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in cloud technologies, especially in Microsoft Azure.
Certifications:
Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert is highly advantageous).
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft .NET technologies or equivalent.
- Proficiency in microservices architecture, cloud computing, and software development best practices.
- System thinking skills with the ability to visualize and design holistic architectures.
