Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain robust cloud infrastructure to meet business needs.
- Monitor cloud resources to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related technical issues.
- Develop, implement, and maintain configurations for underlying cloud services, including but not limited to AWS and Azure.
- Create and manage scripts for deployment, monitoring, reporting, and alerts to maintain a scalable, redundant, and highly available infrastructure.
- Analyze potential security threats and their relevance to customer environments.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols, policies, and data protection regulations.
- Manage and optimize Audio/Video/Data recording and capturing solutions (e.g., Telemessage, LeapXpert).
- Oversee archiving solutions such as Global Relay, NICE/NICE NTRX, and Behavox.
- Triage and resolve technical issues and user-reported problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective cloud solutions.
- Drive automation initiatives through scripting and process enhancements.
- Leverage tools like PowerShell and M365 to enhance operational efficiency.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in cloud collaboration tools for recording, capturing, and archiving (e.g., Telemessage, LeapXpert, Global Relay, NICE/NICE NTRX, Behavox).
- Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell).
- Hands-on experience with M365 collaboration and productivity solutions.
- Proven experience in managing and implementing cloud platforms like AWS and Microsoft Azure.
