Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (II) (Endpoint Security)

We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer (Endpoint Security) to join us!

Responsibilities:

. Work with Product Owner and Product Principals to operate the various endpoint security tools, including:

- EPP/EDR

- Data Loss Prevention

. Work with Central ICT Infra teams to operate the on-prem components of the SSE platform.

. Conduct system health check and proactively identify and troubleshoot issue in end-to-end manner.

. Manage the change, release, incident, problem management processes in ITSM platform.

. Document the requirement and specification to address the needs for all Public Service agencies.

• Comfortable with a 5-year direct contract
• At least 5 years of experience in the above domain areas
