Responsibilities:
- Build strategic, trust-based relationships with prospective clients decision makers, stakeholders and provide industry insights, competitive landscape.
- Drive thought leadership in the market, building a consistent and sustainable business that champions growth, trust and confidence.
- Generate pipeline to achieve sales growth through executing sales strategy, sales plays and go to market campaigns.
- Build territory plans which help achieve coverage for all solutions across all accounts/territories and consistently exceed revenue and booking goals.
- Work closely with Marketing, inside sales and cloud operators to increase demand generation and support pipeline generation activities.
- Develop business in terms of Cloud Technology, i.e. Public Cloud, Hybrid Cloud and Private Cloud
- Develop business in Professional Services and Managed Services as well. Cloud platform include Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure.
Requirements:
- 7-10+ years of experience in sales positions in the IT industry, 5+ years of experience in senior sales management.
- Strategic thinking and visionary leadership.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas.
- High degree of diplomacy and professionalism in all facets of communication as company representative, strong work ethic.
- Ability to create, plan & execute sales strategy and action plans
- Exceptional stakeholder, consulting and financial skills.
- Technical knowledge and understanding of Cloud Service Providers offerings (Google, AWS, Azure), Hyper Converged Infrastructure, Data Centers, DR, and Backup solutions is a plus.
- Preferred experience in Banking, Insurance, Financial Services or Information Technology industries
