Responsibilities:

• As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Your day-to-day activities will involve driving profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost, as well as leading delivery.
• Additionally, you will proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
• You are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, and be responsible for team decisions.
• You will also engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Furthermore, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Expert proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP), Expert proficiency in Service Delivery, Expert proficiency in Delivery Excellence, and Expert proficiency in Technology Architecture Implementation are recommended.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with sponsors to manage scope and risk of technology projects
• Lead and manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects
• Proactively support sales through innovative solutions
• Drive delivery excellence and ensure profitability
