We are looking for a capable and versatile Club / Personal Ambassador.
This role will involve various responsibilities, including front desk reception, floor management, member sales, event planning and administrative duties.
Location: Near Clarke Quay MRT station (5 minutes walk)

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued. Provide a warm, engaging, and personalized experience.
- Ensure smooth operations within the club, providing an excellent customer experience.
- Build and maintain deep, strategic relationships with high-profile and high-value customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through exceptional service.
- Continuously monitor and enhance customer satisfaction by understanding client requirements, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that are tailored to their specific business goals.
- Organize and attend high-profile client events, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees and fostering stronger relationships through networking, seminars, and exclusive gatherings.
- Keep informed of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities or potential risks to client relationships.
- Oversee daily food service operation and maintain food quality and consistency on a day-to-day basis
- Ensure that all foods and drinks are properly served while upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Help manage the requisition and stocking of F&B, administrative, and operating equipment/fixtures.
- Perform any other related duties and responsibilities that may be as assigned by the immediate Supervisor or Company.
