About the role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual who is highly motivated and experienced managing multiple stores successfully. You will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of your cluster business and the people in your cluster
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to revitalize the retail cluster, aligning with the company's vision and goals. Identify key challenges, opportunities, and growth areas, and devise strategies to drive business success.
Collaborative Initiatives: Foster collaboration and synergies among cluster team members. Organize regular meetings, workshops, and networking events to encourage knowledge sharing, joint marketing efforts, and resource sharing. Facilitate partnerships and cross-promotional opportunities to enhance the overall cluster's performance.
Customer Experience Enhancement: Implement customer-centric strategies and initiatives to enhance the overall shopping experience within the cluster and maintain high standard in NPS. Collaborate with other function to improve visual merchandising, customer service, and store layouts. Encourage the adoption of innovative technologies and digital solutions to engage customers and drive foot traffic.
Marketing and Branding: Involve in developing and implementing effective marketing and branding strategies to position the cluster as a unique shopping destination. Coordinate cluster-wide marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to increase brand awareness and attract customers. Leverage online platforms and social media channels to enhance the cluster's digital presence.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for the cluster and individual outlets. Generate regular reports to evaluate progress, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions. Develop and implement action plans to address performance gaps and maximize business potential.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management or cluster management, preferably in a similar role
Proven track record of successfully revitalizing retail clusters, driving growth, and enhancing the customer experience
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cluster businesses towards a shared vision
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking abilities
Knowledge of current retail industry trends, best practices, and digital technologies
Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with data and deriving insights to drive business
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and priorities
