- Oversee multiple childcare centers and provide leadership to Principals in strategic planning, program development, and operational management.
- Ensure effective implementation and evaluation of centralized curriculum and initiatives at each center.
- Possess strong knowledge of licensing and SPARK standards, providing guidance to help Principals meet these requirements conduct regular site visits and evaluations.
- Support centers in day-to-day operations when additional assistance is required.
- Lead Principals in driving innovation and managing organizational change.
- Analyze enrollment, financials, program evaluations, and other childcare-related data, offering guidance and recommendations.
- Provide leadership in coordinating, managing, implementing, and evaluating childcare services, enhancement programs, and policies.
- Oversee the setup of new centers and ensure existing centers meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with Principals to manage feedback from various stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education and a Diploma in Leadership.
- Minimum of 6 years of supervisory and cluster mentorship experience.
- Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, with adaptability to work with various age groups.
- Proven team player with a track record of success.
