- Position Title: CNC Milling Programmer

- Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon - Fri (8.30am - 6pm)
- Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Create and modify CNC programs using relevant software to produce high-quality parts that meet precise specifications.
- Set up and calibrate CNC milling machines, including tool selection and installation, to ensure optimal operation.
- Operate CNC milling machines efficiently and monitor the machining process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Diagnose and resolve operational issues related to CNC machines and programs.
- Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards, making adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of machine settings, tooling configurations, and production runs.

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in CNC milling programming and operation.
- Proficient in using CNC programming software (e.g., Mastercam, AutoCAD) and understanding of G-code M-code is preferred.
