Duties:- Interpret technical drawing and performing machining process to produce the work piece
Perform machine code programming with 3D modelling with Fanuc and or Mazak- Operate, set up parts and producing parts as per drawing specifications
Design simple jigs & fixtures for machining process
- Account for all production mechanical related product matter and troubleshoot on dimensions non-conformance, and provide corrective actions and solutions
To perform other similar or related duties as directed by superior from time to time
:
Possess good knowledge in understand of manufacturing aspect including re-design- Guiding and providing operator/machinist with basic instructions in operating the machines
Participate in Mfg/Production Engineering activities to improve quality process, waste, efficiency and cost.
- Conduct failure analysis, recommend appropriate corrective/preventive technical action
Possess NTC/Diploma in Precision or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Min 3 years of related experiences in related field is required
Able to interpret technical drawings and having machining knowledge- Experience in machining processes such as CNC Milling / Turning
Familiar with CAD/CAM software like Solid Cam, Solid Works etc.
- Candidates with good analytical, verbal or written and interpersonal skills preferred
