Job Description

Operates CNC machines (Turning/milling) to fabricate precision parts according to drawing.
Be able to interpret mechanical drawings and fabricate according to its requirements.
To be able to create CNC programs according to drawing requirements and to always upgrade programming skills.
Be able to check and inspect fabricated parts using measuring tools.
Plan and analyze to complete fabrication work according to the production schedule.
Work closely with QC inspectors to resolve quality issues.
To work overtime when required to support production demand.
Clean up the machine and surrounding work area daily.
Perform daily machine maintenance and weekly preventive maintenance.
To upkeep the overall department cleanliness and comfortable environment.
Strictly follow safety regulations.
Be aware of company ISO requirements and cooperate accordingly.
Be able to work on the night shift when needed.

Qualifications

ITE/NITEC in machining
Minimum 5 years relevant experience and basic CNC turning programming.
Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently, and efficiently.
Possess knowledge of mechanical drawing and precision fabrication.
Having both skills of CNC with manual will be preferred.
