We are looking for a Co-ordinator, Operations Service (Attractions), to join our team!

As the Co-ordinator, Operations Services (Attractions) we rely on you to:

• Provide a pleasant, safe and fun experience for all guests and visitors
• Handle ticketing and retail operations
• Handle ad-hoc guests and visitors queries
• Set and maintain service standards
• Work closely with other departments to ensure service delivery is of the highest standard at all times

We are looking for someone who:

• Loves interacting with guests and visitors
• is enthusiastic and customer-oriented
• Display initiative
• Creative with an eye for detail
• Has good relationship building & diplomacy skills
• Willing to work shifts
