As a member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our guests, ensuring a pleasant and memorable dining or drinking experience. Your role will vary depending on your position, but the core responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, handling drink orders, and contributing to a positive and efficient team environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the guest's dining journey, ensuring they feel welcome, comfortable, and thoroughly attended to.
- Understand and effectively communicate our menu offerings, including food, beverages, and any specials, guiding guests to make informed choices that enhance their dining experience.
- Act as an Ambassador representing both the BYD and the respective restaurant brands, highlighting our unique concept and fielding any inquiries related to our electric vehicle offerings
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all orders, and liaise with our sales team to provide a seamless transition for guests interested in our BYD vehicles.

Requirements:
- Charismatic individual with service-driven to elevate our guests dining experiences
- Prior experience in the casual-premium dining sector.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Keen interest in or knowledge of the automotive industry, electric vehicles will be an added advantaged.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage time efficiently.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
