A bustling cafe located at Payalebar Point is seeking an experienced Manager to lead our team. If you have managerial experience in a cafe setting and possess excellent communication and organizational skills, we invite you to join us.
Team Leadership:
Manage daily operations, schedule staff shifts efficiently, and ensure service efficiency.Customer Service:
Maintain high standards of service quality to ensure customer satisfaction. O
perational Coordination: Work closely with headquarters to implement strategies and promotional activities.
1 to 2 years of management experience in a cafe environment.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
Excellent bilingual (English and Mandarin) communication skills to handle diverse situations in daily operations.- Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and competent in managing a team and resources.
Competitive salary with room for growth based on performance.- Work hours are from 7:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
Rest days and holidays as per legal entitlements.
