- Collaborate with the team to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Contribute creative ideas to menu development as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Cold Dish Chef in a Japanese restaurant or fine dining setting.
- Expertise in Japanese ingredients and cold dish preparation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Culinary qualifications/certifications are an advantage.
Preferred:
- Experience in Japanese fine dining.
