We are seeking a dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as a Cold Plunge Guide & Customer Experience Specialist.
_Cold Plunge Instruction & Guidance:
_- Educate and guide customers on the effective use of cold plunges, including pre- and post-plunge routines.
Explain the benefits, impacts, and safety measures associated with cold plunging.
- Ensure all customers feel comfortable and supported throughout their experience.

Sales & Customer Outreach:_
- Promote and sell cold plunge packages and memberships to customers.
Reach out to existing and potential customers to introduce them to our services and offerings.- Earn additional commission on sales made.
_Setup & Maintenance:
_- Load and transport ice into tubs, ensuring they are at optimal temperatures.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of cold plunge tubs and surrounding areas.
- Wash, dry, and fold towels using on-site facilities to ensure a continuous supply for customers.

Customer Check-In & Experience:_
- Greet and check in customers, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Assist with setting up and breaking down spaces for additional services like breathwork, yoga, and monthly events.
_Event Support:
_- Assist with the setup and organisation of monthly events, including preparing the space and ensuring all necessary materials are in place.
Be prepared to work longer hours on event days to accommodate customers and ensure the event runs smoothly.

General Maintenance & Housekeeping:_
- Ensure the facility is kept clean, organized, and in good repair.
Assist with any additional tasks that help maintain the high standards of our business.

_Qualifications
_:
- Passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to make customers feel at ease.
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as loading ice and moving small furniture.
- Flexibility with working hours, especially on event days.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
_Work hours:
_- Weekdays (2-3 days) - 7:00am to 9:30am
Weekends (1 day) - 9:30am to 3:30pm

- 00 - $14.00 per hour
