Job Description:

• Manage sampling, bases, product requests and documents both internally and with clients.
• Keep clients and affiliates updated on sample dispatch status.
• Assist with regional pricing activities and database management.
• Support the marketing team by assisting with presentations for various projects.
• Contribute to ad-hoc Fragrance Development activities like Market Product Management.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in polytechnic or university, preferably in a related field.
• Demonstrates reliability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experienced in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
