Responsibilities:· Provide business administration support to the Executives and CEOs
· Assist in negotiating, agreements, and contracts, fixing vessels, and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
· Support sales and marketing by identifying potential clients, preparing proposals as well as staying updated to the market trends and industry development.
· Prepare and review necessary documentation and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding and offering solutions to meet their expectations.
· Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information, such as strategic plans, contracts, and agreements
· Work closely with other departments including operations, finance, and legal to ensure the seamless execution of commercial activities and alignment with overall business goals.
- Required skills and qualifications:
· Experience in commercial roles within the maritime industry
· Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in business, Maritime, or a related field
· Strong understanding of commercial principles in shipping, vessel operations
· Excellent negotiation and communication skills
· Honest and professional, proficient with data.
