Our client, a leading global insurance broker, is seeking an experienced and qualified professional for their Marine Broking team. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a well-regarded organization within the Insurance industry, playing a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships and placing complex marine insurance programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique risk profiles and providing tailored solutions.
• Marine Risk Assessment and Analysis: Conduct thorough risk assessments, identify potential exposures, and develop effective risk mitigation strategies for the marine industry.
• Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks in the marine sector.
• Business Development: Actively seek new business opportunities and expand the client base.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Maritime Studies, or relevant Fields.
• Experience: At least 3 years of insurance broking experience in Marine or Shipping sector.
• Skills: Proactive, driven, independent, analytical, problem-solver and strong business acumen.
