With our deep knowledge and expertise, we are a key internal partner to product and technology, bringing the voice of the customer into the design, development, successful deployment and support of Visa products and services, enabling our client facing teams to deliver and scale new products, services, and initiatives into the market. We are trusted partners to Visa's clients, providing expertise to support and successfully grow their business.
Commercial and Money Movement Solutions
Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS) represents a key strategic growth area for Visa, as we seek to digitize commercial payments and money movement flows, supporting financial institutions, fintechs and fintech enablers, corporates and governments. Today, these flows are antiquated, slow and not transparent. With our help, money can move seamlessly between individuals, businesses and governments. The investments that Visa has made over decades in C2B have provided Visa with the infrastructure, technical capability, brand, expertise and relationships to tap into money movement between a much broader coupling of counterparties (B2B, B2b, B2C, P2P, G2C, G2B, etc.).
Merchant Sales and Acquiring
Visa's
Merchant Sales and Acquiring (MS&A) team helps merchants and acquirers grow through innovative offerings that enable secure digital commerce, ensuring they prefer Visa. This includes partnerships with acquirers, payment service providers and intermediaries such as payment facilitators and aggregators, merchants, Big Tech platforms and FinTechs.
Product
Payments are changing with new players, experiences, and expectations. Over half of Visa's volume is now digital, and many market trends are affecting how Visa and our clients do business. For that reason, the
Product team is focused on a holistic product strategy that allows Visa to ship products faster that are more relevant to the local markets in which Visa does business. The organization is at the forefront of thinking and working differently at Visa, particularly as we transform how we design, build and ship products globally for the future.
Regional Cross Border
The
Regional Cross Border team has the mandate to develop Visa's strategy to drive accelerated growth in our Cross Border business and deliver against regional priorities that drive efficiency and effectiveness of Visa's sales teams and ultimately, accelerate the growth in Cross Border payments, the leading driver of Visa's net revenue.
