Commercial Lawyer - Digital Bank (3-6 PQE)

In view of regional expansion, our client is looking to hire a corporate lawyer to join their growing team in Singapore. In this role, you will work closely with the business and finance teams, providing legal support on a range of commercial legal matters, including regulatory, commercial, contentious, employment, and general in-house issues.

You will have gained prior experience in corporate commercial law at a top-tier law firm or relevant in-house experience in the tech or financial services sector. Strong drafting skills are essential, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Requirements:

• Valid work visa for Singapore (required)
• Qualified to practice law in Singapore (preferred)
• Experience at a leading law firm in Singapore is highly desirable
• Strong interest in the digital banking and fintech sectors
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
