Job Description

Manage commercial and contractual activities within the project efficiently and effectively
Providing feedback from the field related to competition, distribution channels, suppliers and products.
Position self as a resource and leader for the overall development of the organization
Responsible for project planning, resource allocation, budget, steering committee leadership and project team organizational structure management
Identify areas of risk and methods of mitigation for projects.
Assist in managing contractual and commercial disputes
Participates in project budget reviews and provide advice when required.
Prepare and monitor project cost budget, cash-flow cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work, variations and adjust budget projections accordingly
Perform contracts administration including quotation, cost accounting, tenders and contract documentation
Provide advice and information to projects on contractual and commercial matters
Perform all duties in accordance with CCCC polices, processes, systems, reporting and procedures.

Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualifications and minimum of ten years of experience in contracts management
Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and methodical approach to work
Excellent written, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze contractual and legal issues and provide solutions using appropriate problem-solving techniques
Proficient and competent in MS Office applications, particularly in Excel.
5.5 days work week
Willing to work in Construction Site
