COMMERCIAL MANAGER (POWER PLANT)

Power Station Commercial Manager

- Responsible for the business docking of EPC contracts, including EPC contract

decomposition, EPC milestone settlement, etc.

- Responsible for the pre-settlement of the project and the overall management of

business contracts, specifically responsible for the subcontract bidding, subcontract

signing, project change, claim, visa and subcontract settlement preparation, overall

supervision of the implementation of the subcontract.

- Responsible for project data report output work, improve the platform data

assessment indicators.

- Responsible for timely completion of project planning and statistical tasks as

required by superior units.

- Responsible for the preparation of interim settlement, visa, claims and final

accounts with subcontractors and other related units, and strictly control the

sporadic hourly labor expenses. Participate in the management of on-site

assessment and evaluation of subcontractors.

- Set up various accounts according to the company's cost accounting implementation

methods, and do a good job of monthly compilation and analysis and department

performance assessment.

- Responsible for collecting and sorting out all kinds of contract documents, project

changes, schedule changes, important correspondence with Party A and other

important basis for project settlement and project claim, and establishing legal

documents and files, completion settlement, project quantity measurement and

other engineering business documents package.

- Responsible for the management of the legal affairs section of the project, the

implementation of the relevant national and local laws and regulations and the

company's relevant documents, put forward corrective opinions or suggestions on

the non-compliance of the project with laws and regulations, timely report the

project legal affairs risk events to the company's legal affairs department, and

accept the work guidance of the legal affairs department

- Assist project manager to do other project management work.

Requirements

- Must have more than 10 years of power plant construction work experience and more

than 7 years of commercial management experience.

- Familiar with project management, master bidding, cost control, budget cost, contract

management and other aspects of work, with strong organization and coordination

ability and problem solving ability

- Familiar with budget preparation, contract management and material plan

management Strong comprehensive management ability Have rich experience in

power station project cost control management, familiar with all aspects, master the

overall operation process of engineering construction projects, familiar with relevant

construction regulations, quotas and material information requirements.

- Have an internationally recognized bachelor degree or above.

- Able to start work on short notice will be an advantage.
