Commercial Officer

. Process invitation to tender / request for quote (RFQ), prepare & submit quotations and follow up to secure new order

. Ensure that the tenders / RFQs are completed in a timely and effective manner in keeping with the Company's business objectives

. Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements

. Attend to any queries from customers regarding quotations

. Inspect vessels to scope repairs required and prepare / submit quotation and follow up to secure order

. Prepare preliminary schedules of quoted scope of works for Production team

. Source prices of suppliers and sub-contractors.

. Comment on Owners terms and conditions.

. Excellent customer relationship management

. Good written and oral communication skills

. Good time management

. Highly initiative person

. Mature and willing to work under limited supervision

. Ability to perform under pressure

. Clear understanding & previous experience in the Marine or Offshore industry is an added advantage

. Fluency in both spoken and written English is necessary

. Computer literate in MS Office applications, Internet, Email correspondences, Presentations, etc.

. Any other assigned duties and responsibilities.
