Commercial Operations Fulfilment Administrator
Job Summary
The Order Fulfillment Specialist helps to drive revenue by taking responsibility for moving booked orders forward in the quote to cash process. Execution of these responsibilities results in fulfillment tasks being generated for downstream teams or order closure. The Order Fulfillment Senior Associate works independently on all transactional requests (including large and complex requests).
Responsibilities
Entry and validation of product configuration details
Configuration change requests (pre and post order submission)
Initiation of order and order line cancellations
Customer PO validation when supplied or required for order submission
Facilitation and submission of new account billing details to the Finance team
Ensures process compliance is maintained and reviewed frequently
Establish guidelines and validation documentation with the ever changing processes to support the business needs
Collaboration with cross functional stakeholders when questions or issues arise in the execution of transactional tasks
Responsible for direct customer engagement related to missing configuration information/clarification of configuration information for all orders, including complex orders
Analyze stuck or fallout orders to ensure that the orders progress internally on timely basis to ops for physical implementation
Prioritizes own workload in order to complete transactional tasks within established SLOs
Provides expertise and assistance to other team members
Leverages expertise to make recommendations on process improvements, system enhancements and automation
Participates in system UAT as needed
Data Validation
Ensures that all requests are processed accurately as per the request
Is required to investigate data issues related to specific transactions
Service Order Validation & Configuration
Is recognized and respected as a senior member of the order management team
Maintains the ability to work with no supervision
Assures accuracy of sales engineering specifications as per CRD documentation
Maintains the ability to work all OM configuration requests from their respective queue within established SLO's
Contributes in secondary responsibilities outside of pure order management tasks
Takes on large project work and support all external requests related to established process
Maintains the highest performance as it relates to established KPI's and SLO's
Shows the ability and drive to become a lead within the order management team
Qualifications
2 to 3 years experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
