Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies that align with business goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to determine effective price points.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to ensure coordinated and successful execution of pricing initiatives.
- Prepare detailed pricing reports and present findings to senior management.
- Monitors pricing performance and adjust strategies to improve profitability.
- Research and understand foreign currency fluctuations
- Analyse, review sales & margin performance of pricing strategy
- Understand product cost and incorporate these factors and other factors into price strategy and
- processes
- Plan & implement agreed price strategies through price cycle processes
- Participate in global/regional pricing initiative to deliver Pricing KPI or improve pricing efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
- 5-7 years of pricing-related experience
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sophisticated data sets.
- Demonstrable experience in Excel, SQL, data management and data visualization tools (Power BI)
- Good communication skills and the ability to work closely with teams from different departments.
- Experience in a healthcare, medical devices setting would be ideal although it is not crucial
- Able to influence and partner with stakeholders at different levels of an organization
- Ambitious attitude with a keen eye for detail and flawless execution.
