What You'll Do
Lead and facilitate sales and marketing training activities. This includes planning and implementing all sales and marketing training programs and training events related to product knowledge, selling skills, role-plays, marketing excellence and skill development workshops
You will build new commercial capabilities and strengthen sales capability development for Oncology business unit in Singapore
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develops training and education to meet the needs identified in the training plan, including product specific training or skill development
- Works with external vendors in the development of training materials
- Works closely with peer Trainers to develop integrated training materials
- Works with business unit directors and brand teams to identify and prioritize the training needs for assigned client team
- Assesses the effectiveness of training initiatives in to determine if the stated training objectives have been met
- Assess current performance, identify capability gaps and support development planning
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
- Proven demonstration of leadership and successful working in complex cross functional teams
- Strong communication, presentation & facilitation skills
- Strong interpersonal & organizational skills
Desirable Requirement:
- Pharmaceutical marketing experience
- Training experience
- Experience in Specialty care or Oncology.
