Job Responsibilities:.

• Assist Chef with daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure all products are the highest quality.
• Champion daily mise-en-place and food presentation.
• Ensure stations are stocked by ordering and receiving of inventory.
• Assist with research and development of specials and new food products

Quality:

• A valid Food Hygiene Certificate (minimally Level 1).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Be bold and have never-say-die-attitude.
• Good understanding of the preparation and storage of ingredients
