Job Description

  • Be Responsible for food preparation, cooking and general duties in the kitchen.
  • Ensure a consistent, high quality food products are served to guests at all times.
  • Carry out stocktaking in the kitchen regularly and assist in stock control of food and beverage.
  • To check regularly the buffet counter to ensure the food prepared are well presented and sufficient.
  • Strive to continually improve customer and team satisfaction.
  • Maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Ensure high standards of sanitation in all kitchen and storage areas, etc.
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably in hotel industry
  • Be polite, creative, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
