Commis Cook is responsible for preparing and/or directing the preparation of food to be served, complying with all applicable sanitation, health and personal hygiene standards. He/she needs to follow established food production programs and procedures. This includes appropriate use of facility supplies and equipment to minimize loss, waste
and fraud.
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping and storing food.
- Wash, cut, and prepare the ingredients designated for cooking
Ensure the cleanliness of kitchen, the equipment, work stations and environment.
Entry level candidates are welcome to apply- Be able to work in team based and fast paced environment
Recognized culinary academic qualifications will be an added advantage
Positive attitude
5 Days work/week rostered, must be able to work weekends.
Time: - 30am to 2.30pm and 5.30pm to 10.30pm (Split Shift)
