Preparing vegetables, meats and seafood or vegetarians food items
Helping with deliveries and restocking.
Assisting with stock rotation and cleaning stations
Follow and maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the kitchen
Inform chef of any excess food items or product for use in daily production
Responsible to maintain food logs
To assist others on chopping, cutting, packing, and learning dishes from other chefs
Work according on food menu specifications by the higher lever chef
(B) Requirements
Professional Certificate / Culinary skills/Arts (including food preparation)
Able to work rotating shift including Public Holiday.
Salary will be based on the experience ( Cook 1: Min 3.5 years of experience / Cook 2: Min 2 years of experience & Cook 3 : Fresh grad with basic knowledge of cooking )
