Overview

The Communications team collaborates with different departments at NUH to enhance the hospital's public image and support internal culture change through various communication channels and publicity efforts. The goal is to drive effective communication and staff engagement, fostering a sense of belonging and recognising staff contributions to the delivery of incredible care.

The intern will support the team in the development and production of videos to build the bank of digital assets for the NUH YouTube and other social media channels. These may include internally produced videos or video production that has been outsourced to a vendor.

Responsibilities

The intern will be involved in

• Pre-production work that may include researching and storyboarding, scriptwriting, coordination of meetings between stakeholders, coordination of shoot etc.
• Filming/Onset duties that may include filming, soundman duties, equipment (camera, lights) set up and teardown, providing support and assistance to the crew to ensure that production goes smoothly etc.
• Post-production work that may include coordination work between production team and various stakeholders, video editing using Adobe Premier Pro, audio recording, After effects etc.-
• Maintaining of YouTube: To help publish videos on NUH YouTube channel, checking and analyse statistics when needed and helping with the categorising of videos within the channel.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree
• Good written English and the ability to communicate effectively and creatively
• Good attention to detail and possess ability to do scheduling and production plannin
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Premiere Pro
