Job Description

If you are armed with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, write to us as you take on the following roles in our Communications Centre:

  • Handling all inbound/ outbound calls.
  • Provides accurate information on all general enquiries pertaining to the hotel.
  • Facilitate and ensure smooth delivery of guests requests.
  • Follow up on telephone faults.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience is not required.
  • Service Oriented
  • Part time/ Full time applications are welcomed, flexible work arrangements available.
  • Individual should be willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays in a 5-day work week
  • Rotating shifts timing, 7am to 4.30pm, 1.30pm to 11pm and 10.30pm to 8am ($12 per night shift allowance)
