Job Title: Intern, Special Project
About the Role
The Commercial Project Intern plays a key supporting role and will gain an understanding of key business management and organisational functions in Coty Southeast Asia. He or she will work with the Commercial Project Manager and cross-functionally with different stakeholders on assigned brand(s), projects and tasks that contribute to long-term commercial and business excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Communications
In collaboration with the external agency support Coty SEAs internal and external corporate communication
Support a wide range of communication channels:
Prepare communication materials for external agency to utilise
Prepare SEA best practise content and posts for internal channels
Work with the agency on key communications initiatives in the regional communications strategy and plans
Business and Project Management
Assist with key strategic regional projects and tasks (special projects, research projects, brand management, launch toolkits, etc)
Assist Project Manager in overseeing schedules and milestone management, as well as project updates to key stakeholders
Keep up and share the latest beauty and technology trends and happenings in the region
Assist in other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned
Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools, especially Powerpoint, Word and Excel.
WHAT YOULL BRINGESSENTIAL:
Undergraduates who can commit for at least 6 months (Jul to Dec 2024) for a full-time internship.
Good writing capabilities and skilled in the use of MS Office tools including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook (or related email tool).
Self-motivated and self-starter, with a strong work ethic and a sense of confidentiality.
Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
Articulate, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good balance of a professional attitude while having fun.
Strong interest in consumer goods, makeup and beauty products.
Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership.
Persuasive, resilient and flexible, able to easily adapt to new challenges.
