The brand and community team for South East Asia drives the local strategy and builds a plan that comprises broad and deep tactics to accelerate growth and long-term brand love and are best in the world at building relationships, online to offline tactics and delivery of KPIs.
A day in the life: In support of achieving our market goals, reporting to Manager, SEA Community, this role is responsible for executing marketing tactics to attract and engage guests through community activations, relationship building, events and partnerships, to accelerate brand awareness and deepen brand resonance.
Community Foundations
- Partner with APAC Community team, Regional Manager and Community Foundation Lead to ensure our community priorities and actions ladder up to our brand and business goals
- Accountable for reporting where you collect, analyse, measure and identify learnings
- Support retail team on new store opening community initiatives and provide guidance on brand guidelines and creative requests
- Conduct community trainings for existing and new stores
Events and Partnerships
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including APAC Community team, Retail team, Social Impact team; external partners including ambassadors, community partners, agencies, in curation of one-of-a-kind city-wide community activations that highlights our brand uniqueness
- Identify opportunities in market to elevate our community approach to acquire new guests, deepen connection with our existing guests, and amplify our brand values
Ambassador and Influencers
- Support in identifying potential ambassadors, influencers and partners in market
- Maintain successful brand relationships with ambassadors, athletes and influencers
- Maintain regular check-ins with ambassadors
- Lead and manage ambassador onboarding event
Grassroot Activations
- Work closely with Community Foundation Lead in store grassroot activations to ensure that it's in adherence to brand guidelines
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in events, brand and community marketing
- Successful experience and proven ability to work well with others across the business in a matrix environment
- Strong ability to work independently with good communication and organizational skills
- Strong passion in marketing, sports and wellness, and the desire to elevate and support our community
- Strong ability to speak and write in English proficiently
- Regular overseas travel of up to 30% of working hours
- Willing to work on weekends occasionally for specific events / activations (With Compensation Leave)
