Position Overview:Step into the ring as our Community & Operations Manager, where you'll be the heartbeat of our gym's day-to-day life. This role is tailor-made for a spirited, proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about fostering health, fitness, and a sense of community. You'll ensure the smooth running of our gym, enhancing member experiences, overseeing facility operations, and leading our dedicated staff team.
Be the welcoming face of the gym, delivering knockout customer service to members and guests.
- Govern the Gym CRM which manages client memberships, class packages, class & coaches schedules.
Help support key data analysis to support data-driven decision-making around areas of improvement for our operations and community offerings.- Support Marketing and Promotion efforts such as monthly newsletters and Social Media posts
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred, but not essential.- Experience in sales, customer service, or operations. Preferably in the fitness industry
A black belt in organization and multitasking, with an eagle eye for detail.
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, making every interaction count.
An independent thinker with the reflexes to make quick decisions in a bustling environment.- Proficient in GSuite and familiar with Fitness CRM software (MindBody).
