3Pumpkins and Tak Takut Kids Club (TTKC)
3Pumpkins is a community arts and development organisation that envisions a happier and more inclusive society with strong human connections. We value collaborative approaches that are focused on strengthening self-esteem and social connections through a multi-disciplinary approach. 3Pumpkins was registered as a non-profit entity in 2019 and is now a registered charity since 2023.
TTKC is 3Pumpkins flagship project, a child-centric community development initiative that aspires to build safe and happy communities for children from vulnerable backgrounds to connect and thrive. The initiative piloted in Boon Lay in 2021, focused on bridging gaps in child-centric support and motivating children towards self-actualisation. Through a collaborative and adaptive approach that responds to the evolving strengths and challenges of local communities, TTKC meets children where they are and grows alongside them.

- Facilitate engagements among children and residents, aligned with TTKC's community work practices, to foster self-confidence and a sense of belonging through social learning and participatory approaches.

- Coordinate programme logistics with vendors, community members, families, and volunteers to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement in existing programmes and introduce creative solutions to boost programme effectiveness and impact.
